Dr. Sala Abdalla, BSc, MBBS, FRCS
Sala Abdalla, BSc MBBS FRCS (Gen Surg), is a consultant general and upper GI surgeon with extensive expertise in surgery and medical education. She earned her MBBS and BSc in Physiological Sciences from Imperial College London and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCS Gen Surg). Her skills extend to laparoscopic surgery, upper gastrointestinal endoscopy (JAG accredited), and surgical education.
She serves as faculty for multiple Royal College of Surgeons courses and is a clinical teacher and examiner at Imperial College School of Medicine. Beyond surgery, she founded Operation International UK, a charity providing surgical care in underserved regions. Her contributions have earned her awards, including Volunteer of the Year (2023) and the ASiT Global Surgery Award (2019). Within our team, she provides clinical insights into surgical care and post-operative health, ensuring patients receive informed guidance.
Dr. Chirag Patel, MBBS, MRCP
Dr. Chirag Patel, MBBS, MRCP is a Gastroenterology and General Medicine Registrar with a strong background in clinical practice and digital health transformation. He holds Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and has earned the European Specialty Examination in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. His expertise spans gastrointestinal disorders, hepatology, and general internal medicine, with a focus on integrating technology into healthcare.
Beyond clinical work, Dr. Patel serves as an Associate Medical Information Officer, leading digital health projects across multiple NHS trusts. His certification as an Advanced Physician Builder (Epic) highlights his commitment to improving healthcare systems through innovative digital solutions. As a member of our team, he offers insights into gastroenterology, medication management, and digital healthcare advancements, helping patients access safe and effective treatments.
Dr. Mark Levy, MBChB, MRCGP
Dr. Mark Levy, MBChB, MRCGP is a locum general practitioner in London with extensive expertise in asthma care and respiratory medicine. As Clinical Lead for the National Review of Asthma Deaths (NRAD 2011–2014), he played a key role in investigating and improving asthma management. He has served as an expert witness in coroner’s inquests related to asthma deaths and remains deeply involved in national efforts to enhance asthma care, including as a member of the National Child Mortality Working Group on Asthma Deaths.
Dr. Levy is a Board Member and Chair of the Dissemination Working Group for the Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA), contributing to global guidelines on asthma treatment. Passionate about teaching, research, and public education, he hosts the Asthma Spotlight podcast, offering insights for both patients and healthcare professionals. His dedication to respiratory medicine was recognized with the Award for Service to Respiratory Medicine (2012) by the UK Association for Respiratory Technology and Physiology (ARTP). Being part of our team, he provides specialist guidance on asthma management, medication safety, and respiratory health, ensuring patients receive accurate, evidence-based advice.

Dr. David Laith Rawaf, MD
Dr. David Laith Rawaf, MD is a surgeon, researcher, and innovator with expertise spanning surgical practice, medical technology, and healthcare policy development. His background includes extensive training in trauma care, life support, and surgical instrumentation, with certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). He has also contributed to medical education, earning qualifications in university teaching and personal tutoring from Imperial College London.
Dr. Rawaf is passionate about integrating technology into healthcare, leading projects such as Consentme.co.uk, which simplifies medical and surgical consent procedures. His contributions to surgical research and innovation have been recognized with several honors, including the David Dunn Medal (2022) for Augmented Reality in Laparoscopic Metrics and the Junior Surgeon Award (2017). Being part of Secure Tabs, he brings valuable insights into surgical care, trauma management, and digital health solutions, ensuring patients receive reliable, informed guidance on post-surgical recovery and medication use.
Mo Ahmed, MPharm
Mo Ahmed, MPharm is a senior clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in hospital pharmacy, patient care, and pharmaceutical management. He earned his Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) with First-Class Honours from UCL, where he co-founded the UCLU Pharmaceutical Society. His academic achievements include a Medicinal Chemistry Research Project at Monash University, with his master’s thesis published in “Chemistry: A European Journal”.
Ahmed has held key roles at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals, and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, specializing in respiratory, cardiac, and surgical patient care. As Lead Pharmacist for Private Patients, he managed high-cost drug funding, multidisciplinary ward rounds, and international embassy collaborations. His expertise in biologics, complex cardiology prescriptions, and controlled drug dispensing enhances his ability to provide clinical insights into medication safety and optimization. As an integral part of our team, he ensures patients receive accurate guidance on prescription management, drug interactions, and evidence-based pharmaceutical care.
Mohamed Atrushi, MPharm
Mohamed Atrushi, MPharm is an experienced pharmacist and pharmaceutical industry expert with a diverse background in business development, product management, and clinical pharmacy. He earned his Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) from the School of Pharmacy, University of London, specializing in drugs of abuse and pharmacy practice.
With extensive experience in both community and industrial pharmacy, he has served as Managing Director of startup pharmacies, overseeing operations, product launches, and wholesale supply. As an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist, he provides specialist guidance on medication management while also leading initiatives in import/export of medicines, aesthetics, and pharmaceutical products. His expertise in business development and regulatory compliance makes him a key contributor to our pharmacy, ensuring patients receive high-quality medications and expert pharmaceutical advice.
Alistair Murray, MPharm
Alistair Murray, MPharm is a chief pharmacist and digital healthcare innovator with a passion for making medication management smarter and more accessible. A graduate of the University of Nottingham, he has spent his career at the intersection of clinical pharmacy, technology, and patient care, helping to reshape how people access and manage their prescriptions.
With a background that spans community, hospital, and digital pharmacy, Alistair has led teams as Chief Pharmacist and Clinical Director at LloydsDirect (formerly Echo), where he played a pivotal role in transforming repeat prescriptions into a seamless digital service. He has also worked as Clinical Lead at Green Light Pharmacy, supporting public health initiatives, independent prescribing, and patient engagement. His work extends beyond practice—he has been an Honorary Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham and an Honorary Lecturer at University College London, sharing his knowledge with future pharmacists.
A former Darzi Fellow with the NHS, Alistair has been deeply involved in clinical leadership and health policy, helping to shape pharmacy services on a broader scale. Whether leading health tech projects, mentoring students, or improving patient access to medications, his focus remains on modernizing healthcare while keeping patients at the heart of it all.
